Recovery

We firmly believe that "You're only as good as your ability to recover." Post exercise; effective recovery builds it back up stronger. For this reason, we have built a great team of recovery specialists including physiotherapists, osteopaths, and manual therapists to help you reduce injury risk and optimise results.

Recovery is a major part of our exercise process and our programs incorporate both workouts and restorative modalities. In addition to one-on-one manual therapy, we have also developed science-based recovery programs that clients can undertake independently in studio under our supervision. These include cold water immersion, compression therapy and self-myofascial release techniques using tools like traditional foam rollers and massage guns. Your program will also include stretching and mobility routines prescribed by our team.
