Our philosophy is that if you enjoy the process of getting fit rather than just gritting your teeth and enduring it, you’ll be more likely to adopt a healthy lifestyle for the long-term.

Training

At Train With ID we believe in both a personal and intellectual approach to training. When it comes to building training programs we follow the principles of RTS (Resistance Training Specialist) focusing on Exercise Mechanics, we believe this is the safest and most effective way to train and we build programs tailored to your personality and individual body mechanics rather than taking a generic pre set approach.

Nutrition

At ID we take an evidence based approach to approach to nutrition, we strongly recommend a deep dive in the form of blood testing to truly understand your nutritional needs but on a general basis we follow the simple principal of positive energy balance (referring to calories in and out) for weight gain and negative energy balance for weight loss this approach couple with a well balanced diet is a great way to achieve your goals.

Body Transformation

Our signature body transformation plan the LEAN (Lifestyle exercise and nutrition) program is a focused block of training consisting of 4 training sessions per week for 4 week, during this 4 week block of training we fully support our clients in their training, nutrition and recovery, with this program we have have many clients to achieve great success.
