Kyle, a highly accomplished and knowledgeable coach, has developed Train with ID’s hybrid method, combining traditional strength training with calisthenics. Driven by a passion for longevity and recognising the role of fitness in achieving it, Kyle employs this method to establish a foundation of enduring strength while sculpting the ideal physique along the journey. Before co-founding ID, Kyle spent nine years as the top-performing coach at the esteemed KX Gym, benefiting from mentorship by learning from industry-leading experts. Kyle strongly believes that “the body is far more capable than the mind often believes” and takes pride in his ability to push clients beyond their perceived limitations. This mindset is evident in his own achievements, having completed the London Marathon and the Thames Trot Ultra Marathon, despite limited experience and not initially being inclined towards aerobic exercise. Clients often express their amazement, stating, “I never thought I would be able to do that,” as Kyle’s unwavering dedication to surpassing boundaries inspires them to reach new heights. Blanka Zupan

Blanka is a dynamic and passionate coach, bringing a well-rounded skill set from her background in competitive gymnastics and sports massage therapy. Her fusion approach blends the principles of gymnastics and traditional strength training, fostering effective and sustainable health and fitness results. Additionally, as a certified dynamic reformer Pilates instructor, Blanka firmly believes in the benefits of Pilates as an active recovery method and a preventive measure for all individuals. Jeason Virginie

Starting his sports journey with football at age 7, Jeason entered the gym in 2011, inspired by his cousin. As a coach, he combines bodyweight and weightlifting exercises to maximise clients’ potential, fostering increased muscle mass while preserving mobility. Understanding the client’s desires is the cornerstone of Jeason’s coaching philosophy as he facilitates incremental and sustainable transformations. Fayssal Abukassem

Fayssal was introduced to Calisthenics in 2018, and his consistency has led to his mastery of more advanced movements over the years. His training approach stems from the phrase “I was once there,” signifying that he has experienced the same struggles as his clients. This understanding allows him to effectively teach, motivate, and empathise with his clients. Fayssal aims to leave a lasting impact, guiding clients from foundational exercises to advanced movements and providing a space for them to temporarily alleviate life stress. Jeremiah (Jerry) Faturoti

Jerry's began boxing at the age of 11, marking the start of his enduring love for the sport alongside his passion for football. Over time, his dedication led him to regular gym training, where he found inspiration from friends to pursue a career as a personal trainer. Drawing from his multi-sport experience, Jerry integrates mechanical principles into his training approach, focusing not only on traditional methods but also on developing functional strength applicable to any life circumstances. As an enthusiastic and dedicated trainer, Jerry is committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals while ensuring they enjoy their workouts and find respite from everyday stresses. Lemi Ismayilova

With a background in classical ballet, Lemi transitioned into becoming a STOTT-trained Pilates instructor for mat & reformer. She emphasises four main types of training: endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility, having explored various training methods herself. Lemi's coaching approach is straightforward: understand clients' goals, set positive expectations, and ensure enjoyable training sessions.
