What is Train with ID’s training style?

We have a holistic and balanced approach to fitness: focusing on  strength training, callisthenics and Pilates. Although we believe in training hard, we have a safety first approach, so we will never compromise safety whilst pushing hard.

What happens in a typical training session at Train with ID?

A typical training session with us will involve a functional warm up for around 10 minutes, specific to the day’s workout. The core workout lasts 40-45 minutes and we leave 5-10 minutes at the end for a finisher or cool down depending on the client’s program goals, needs and preferences.

What if I have physical limitations?

As a team, we specialise in customising programs for clients recovering from injuries or who have movement restrictions, so we work around any limitations to safely achieve fitness goals.
